Light Up The Night Holiday Celebration in Downtown Pleasant Hill
Join the Festivities this Holiday season in Downtown Pleasant Hill
Santa will be arriving in Pleasant Hill this year on Wednesday, November 29th as part of the 10th Annual Light up the Night Holiday Celebration. The festivities will include the lighting of a 25-foot decorated tree in the small Plaza in front of the Clocktower Building at 6:00 p.m. Local dance and choral groups will also be performing throughout the evening.
The event begins at 5 p.m. and some of the highlights include:
- Free horse drawn carriage rides around City Hall
- Holiday Arts & Crafts Fair along Crescent Drive (Vendor Form is available here)
- Free hot chocolate, coffee and cookies – Volunteers from the Foundation for Pleasant Hill Education, the Civic Action Commission, PH Chamber of Commerce and the Teen Council will be serving 50 gallons of hot chocolate, 3,000 cookies and coffee.
- "Elf on the Shelf" Treasure Hunt – at many participating merchants around Downtown
- Music, Studio A Dancers & Caroling
- Tree Lighting at 6:00 p.m.
- Free Pictures with Santa
