DESCRIPTION:Monument Impact invites you to attend the 2nd Annual Monument Awards Breakfast on October 27\, 2015\, from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. at the Pleasant Hill Senior Center! Monument Impact\, along other community leaders\, will celebrate and recognize special honorees whose work has significantly enhanced the quality of life of hard working people and families from the Monument Community. This year?s awardees are: Michael Chavez Leadership Award - Assemblymember Susan Bonilla Business Partner Award - Las Monta as Supermarket\, Hector Gomez Community Champion Award - Central County Regional Group (CCRG)* Monument Impact\, a nonprofit organization\, has worked with the City of Concord for more than 12 years to provide training and resources for the local residents to become more economically sufficient\, healthy\, and contribute to the increase in quality of life. All proceeds from the event will support Monument Impact's economic development\, civic engagement\, and healthy community programs that are providing tools and resources to help people fulfill their potential and invest in their community. With the support of the Mayor of Concord\, Timothy S. Grayson and Mayor of Pleasant Hill\, Kenneth Carlson\, community members are strongly encouraged to be involved in this special event. With your support\, Monument Impact can continue to build brighter futures for those in our community and strengthen the foundations of our future. Tickets are $50 to attend.
