Sexual Harassment claims are on the rise\, that's why the Pleasant Hill Chamber of Commerce has asked its member the California Employment Law Training Center (Jessica Braverman\, Esq.) to offer to all business owners and managers a comprehensive sexual harassment prevention training that is in compliance with 2018 California laws. You will receive a Certificate of Completion at the end of the training.\n\nSexual harassment prevention training is MANDATORY in California for employers with 50 or more employees for two hours every two years\, but it is also a GREAT PREVENTATIVE defense for smaller business owners\, non profits and entities to participate in the training. \n\nThe training is interactive\, attorney led and covers all of the discussion points to help avoid sexual harassment/unlawful harassment and discrimination claims.\n\nAbout Guest Speaker:\n\n\n\nJessica Braverman first joined the Pleasant Hill Chamber in 2007\, was the "Ambassador of the Year for PH Chamber" in 2008\, won our "Board Appreciation Award" in 2009 and has rejoined the Chamber in 2017.
