RSVP \n\n\n\nAbout Our Speaker\n\nSilvina Salazar serves as a Specialty Servicing Process Quality Executive at Bank of America\, responsible for quality assurance and monitoring across multiple enterprise processes as well as complaint oversight for the company.\n\nBorn in Argentina and raised and educated in Peru\, Ms. Salazar came to the United States 25 years ago. Upon arriving\, she joined Bank of America as a teller at a bank branch in California and since has advanced in the organization\, holding senior leadership positions in Transaction Services\, GPS\, Consumer Bank\, Premier Banking and Business Banking.\n\nIn 2008\, Ms. Salazar was named Enterprise Lead for the bank's Hispanic/Latino Organization for Leadership & Advancement (HOLA) Employee Network\, providing support and guidance to 30 HOLA chapters with almost 7\,000 members across the United States. As a result of her efforts\, Bank of America's HOLA Network was recognized in 2014 as the top employee resource group by the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Salazar herself also has been recognized by LATINA Style as a 2014 Corporate Executive of the Year and been named among the San Francisco Business Times' influential Women 2015.
