The Pleasant Hill Chamber of Commerce Government Affairs Committee (GAC) provides a monthly forum for members to interact with our local elected officials. With an ever increasing business representation and committed leadership, we provide a unified voice on issues and projects affecting businesses, members and citizens within the Chamber's service area.

Jennings Imel serves as Vice President, Western Region for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, where he works with chambers of commerce, business organizations, and employers across the Western United States, including California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, and Hawaii. The U.S. Chamber lists him as the Vice President responsible for the Western Region. [uschamber.com]

He has been with the U.S. Chamber since 2013 and has served in several leadership roles, including Western Region Manager, Executive Director of the Western Region, and currently Vice President of the Western Region. He holds a Master of Arts in International Affairs from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Germanic Studies from UC Riverside.
