Hi, I’m Mindy Armando, the founder of Balloons by Mindy, a mother-owned balloon design studio based in Pleasant Hill. I started this company with the goal of building something meaningful while creating elevated, intentional balloon installations for businesses and events.
I specialize in custom balloon designs that are polished, thoughtful, and tailored to each space and occasion — no templates, no repeats. Every installation is designed to reflect the brand, the environment, and the moment it represents, blending organic movement with refined structure to create experiences that feel memorable without being overdone.
