As an Employee Benefits Broker we work with companies to strategically design comprehensive benefit packages, such as health, dental, and vision plans. We conduct comprehensive benefit renewal analyses, comparing current coverage to market options. We offer an easy to use online enrollment platform and conduct employee enrollment and educational meetings. We help our clients manage benefit premium deductions and coordination. In addition, I help my clients with business planning focusing on key person insurance, and executive benefits.
