About Us

Oakmont is a full-service funeral, cremation and cemetery facility in one beautiful location that overlooks Pleasant Hill and Mt. Diablo. We assist families after a death of a loved one, but also help people make those important final arrangements in advance to lessen the burden for those they will leave behind.

Since 1956, Oakmont has served families of Contra Costa County area communities, including Lafayette, Danville, Alamo, San Ramon, Orinda, Moraga, Walnut Creek, Martinez, Concord and Clayton.

Our funeral home has both an on-site cemetery and crematory and offers its Redwood Chapel and Inspirational Chapel for services of all faiths. Our cemetery's 67 acres have numerous environments full of deep and lasting meaning. Thousands of our cemetery visitors each year experience the garden like settings, and are nurtured by the beauty of the nature that surrounds them.
